Global Graphics: Result of the Annual General Meeting
Cambridge (UK) 19 April 2016: Global Graphics SE (Euronext: GLOG) announces the result of its Annual General Meeting.
At the Company’s Annual General Meeting held today, the resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed without amendment. Voting on all resolutions was by way of a show of hands.
The results of the voting, including proxy votes lodged in advance of the meeting are set out below:

Resolutions 1 to 9 and 11 were all proposed as Ordinary Resolutions requiring a simple majority. Resolutions 10 and 12 were proposed as Special Resolutions requiring a 75% majority.
