Global Graphics PLC (Euronext: GLOG) is holding a meeting in Brussels on Thursday 18 October 2018 to give shareholders the opportunity to hear first-hand the background to the proposed cash acquisition by Congra Software S.a.r.l. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING AND THERE WILL BE NO VOTING ON THE PROPOSED OFFER.
The board of directors and major shareholders will present an overview of the process under UK company law, the reasons why they believe the offer to be fair and reasonable and will open the floor to answer any questions or concerns that have arisen since the publication of the proposed offer on 5 October 2018.

The meeting will take place at the Regus Brussels Airport Meeting Centre, Airport Terminal 4th
Floor, Brussels Airport, 1930 Zaventum, Belgium on Thursday 18 October 2018 at 14:00 hrs (CEST).
